Portable Conveyor

Adams portable conveyors come in 18”-36” widths and 20-70 ft length, other sizes available thru our engineering department.  Adams portable conveyors are constructed out of 12 gage 304 stainless steel frame rails and cross members, 5  “  diameter vulcanized rubber head and tail rollers with 1 ¼ stress proof shaft, heavy duty ball bearing pillow block bearings.  Fifty foot plus conveyors are designed with 4 roller under drive system, TEFC chemical duty with sizes ranging from 7 ½ hp to 20 hp.  Belt rollers are PVC tri-roller on Stainless steel bracket spaced on 4 ft centers.  The undercarriage (truck frame) is constructed of 2 1/2 x 2 ½ x ¼ mild steel square tubing, with 3 x 3 x 1/4  axle tube, 7000# spindle with 6 bolt hub assembly, 11L x 15 tires and wheels.  Material transfer time varies from 1 to 4 tons per minute. The truck frame comes with a heavy duty winch with clutch brake 5/16 stainless steel aircraft cable.  This allows the unit to be easily lowered for transport or raised to fit your building.
